Nakke
Nakke kaldes den bageste del af halsen. Langs midtlinien af nakken ses en langagtig fordybning, som opadtil, lige under baghovedet, er stærkest udviklet og her danner nakkegruben. De fremspringende volde på begge sider af denne dannes af nakkemusklerne. Mellem den højre og venstre halvdel af nakkemuskulaturen findes nakkebåndet, der dannes af stærke senebånd, der forbinder baghovede (nakkebenet) med halshvirvlernes torntappe.
